Kate’s two favourite things combined into one! She loves to share her passion for tasty healthy food along with giving out some nutritional advice.
The class will consist of a short 15 min talk about that day’s chosen aspect of health, to be followed by cooking demonstrations of a minimum of 4 recipes supporting the topic. E.g.: immunity, balancing hormones, gluten/dairy free.
Kate will come to your home and will teach one on one for personalised cooking or small groups for hands on cooking or larger groups for demonstrations.
These make great alternative birthday ideas or hen party ideas! Healthy treats and the odd 'healthy' cocktail recipe can be divulged.
She also teaches at the College of Naturopathic Medicine to classes of 25, small classes up to 8 people at Divertimenti cooking school and at other cooking places and wellbeing centres in and around London.
These cooking classes are designed for everyone, whether you have some knowledge about nutrition, or you are just starting to understand how food and diet are the basis for a long and healthy life.
